Consistent Magnetic Properties

Our sintering and heat treatment processes are calibrated to achieve stable Br (remanence) of 1.17–1.21 T and Hcb ≥ 868 kA/m. Lot‑to‑lot variation is tightly controlled, so your assemblies perform predictably-no surprises in production.

 

Complete Surface Protection

Standard Ni‑Cu‑Ni triple plating (5‑7μm per layer) offers excellent corrosion resistance. For harsh environments, choose epoxy, gold, rubber, or PTFE coatings. Our automated lines ensure uniform coverage.

As a true manufacturer, we source only certified virgin rare earth metals (Nd, Fe, B) and process them in‑house.
