A magnetic chuck is a mechanical component that operates on the principle of magnetic attraction. It mainly consists of a rotor and a stator. The rotor and stator are connected by magnetic attraction, and a control system allows for precise control of the rotor's position, speed, and accuracy.
The basic structure of a magnetic chuck includes a rotor, stator, guide rails, and magnets. Guide rails are fixed to the stator, and magnets made of materials such as ferrite are laid on the guide rails. When energized, a magnetic field is formed on the stator, generating magnetic force. Magnets are located on the rotor, and the magnetic fields of the magnets and stator attract each other, thus achieving the levitation and rotation of the rotor.
